One thing I have not seen online or in a book is a step-by-step guide to PPC optimisation for converting actions and and this for me is where the real PPC jewels are at. Also how best to integrate optimsation and AdWords editor - this is what I found to be the most useful when I joined a PPC agency, although I will be jumping back aboard the SEO boat shortly! Great to hear the finish is near!
